Beauty Squad Membership Details:
Our Medspa Membership is offered as a 12-month membership commitment. There is a one-
time activation fee of $150, which is non-refundable. A monthly fee of $100 will be deducted
from your credit or debit card on file.

 

The monthly fee will accumulate in your wallet to be used
on any products or services and can be used within a year of the last deposit. If your card on
file expires or does not go through, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to contact the
Medspa with an updated method of payment within that billing month of payment due date.

If we can not get an updated form of payment, Medspa reserves the right to cancel your
Membership and keep the balance in your wallet in Aesthetic Record.
